The Air Wrangler™ Commercial Course is an intermediate training program designed for installers with prior experience or for students who have completed wrap fundamentals training. This course focuses on the skills required for professional commercial and fleet graphics installation.
Often referred to as the “money maker,” commercial graphics installation remains one of the most in-demand areas of the wrap industry. This course is especially valuable for sign makers and vinyl professionals looking to expand into fleet wraps. Instruction centers on accurate graphic lineup, seamless panel transitions, and rivet wall installation techniques commonly required on transit vans and box trucks.
This is a curriculum-based course, not a collection of unrelated training videos. Lessons are taught in a structured sequence, building skills progressively from one technique to the next—similar to in-person training. Each method is explained clearly and demonstrated step-by-step to ensure repeatable, professional results in real-world commercial environments.

- (1) Breakaway Art Knife
- Design Line and/or Finish Line Knifeless Tape
- Heat gun adjustable from approximately 250°F to 1150°F
- Cast air-egress wrap vinyl (½ roll or more recommended)
- Training demonstrations use 3M™ 2080
- A vehicle or suitable practice surface
